Professional Speaking Association – India (PSAI), is an association of professional speakers in India and abroad. It is part of the Global Speakers Federation, an organization of National Speaking Associations of 16 countries which include France, Singapore, Canada, German, Sweden, Malaysia, New Zealand, United States, Philippine, Australia, Belgium, Holland, Namibia, Southern Africa, UK – Ireland and India.
Currently, there are 5 active city chapters in Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Bangalore.

How it all started:
During my professional speaking journey, I got an opportunity to meet Fredrik Haren who introduced me to the Professional Speaking Association in Singapore named Asia Professional Speakers Singapore. My meeting with Fredrik is in itself a key story explaining how I attended the annual convention APSS 2017 in Singapore.
This meeting with Fredrik Haren connected me to various other speakers from India who attended the same convention in Singapore. Afterward, I had a series of meeting with Kiruba Shankar, in 2017 and 2018 regarding starting “Professional Speakers Association in India”, more like-minded joined this initiative and finally, it was officially formed in 2018 with first annual convention on 26-27 Jan, 2019 in Chennai (India) attended by 150+ people from 8+ countries.
Conference Chair, Professional Speakers Summit 2020
After the first annual convention in 2019, I along with Bijay Gautam worked together to host Professional Speakers Summit 2020 in Delhi and later team grew further and we are having our Professional Speakers Summit in 2020 on 1st-2nd Feb, 2020 in Delhi.
This has been an exciting journey so far with great learning experiences. As a head of Speakers Selection Committee, I further got the opportunity to interact with leading professionals speakers from all over the world including the United States, France, Russia, UK, Singapore and more.
Professional Speakers Associations are playing a key role in the growth of professional speakers.

I have been trying to associate with PSAI through their website, however, there is some issue with the website. I am an Army Veteran and want to pursue professional public speaking. I have presently spoken on events at various colleges universities on different occasions including Defence Summit by Udemy on 15 August 2020. Will be grateful if you could please guide me.
