Emotions plays critical role in our life. There are many techniques to improve our emotional well-being. One such technique is Sedona Method. My friend Kunal introduced me to this technique in 2015 and I found this to to be simple yet effective. I have been following this technique since then and also have included it during my corporate training progams, open workshops and coaching program. Participants have also liked this technique very much.
