Team Building activities are a great way to share experiential learning with participants. This is beyond the typical classroom learning.
During my program, based on the client’s requirement, I tend to incorporate the relevant activity to engage participants and utilize the power of experiential learning.
The trainer/Facilitator should always keep this in mind that Team Building Activities should have specific learning outcomes and participants should be able to recognize those outcomes after the program is over. Otherwise, it would remain an Entertaining activity without any learning.
Below mentioned is one such innovative team building activities which I have used during my programs:
Human Chair without Chair – In this activity, a special human format is formed after which chairs are removed. One should take due care that participants should not get hurt during this activity
