Master the Slow, Fast will come Naturally – Vikas Jain

In my series on What the Top 1% of leaders, do differently, one of the dimensions of “best professionals” is their “Expertise” in the domain.

In pursuit of developing the “expertise” people tend to achieve the “fast” performance from day 1.

To develop expertise, one should try to first master the same thing at a “SLOW” pace which gives clarity in the movement and action. Once the same thing is mastered at a slow pace, it’s observed that even at a fast pace, things come naturally and with perfection.

About Vikas Jain
